It's been four years since New York's beloved Dipset crew, comprised of Jim Jones, Juelz Santana and Cam'ron, have delivered an album, so you know if they reunite, the occasion has to be a special one.
Well, the trio gathered at Madison Square Garden to unveil KITH's collection with the New York Knicks and Nike. The lead product from the partnership is a City Edition uniform designed by KITH founder Ronnie Fieg that could be worn by the team during Friday night games, rivalry matchups and nationally-televised games.
Fire! Second-year guard RJ Barrett debuted the fresh look. On the front of the black jersey, there's an original circular logo combining the Knicks name with the slogan, "City Never Sleeps." The sides feature a blue-orange-blue gradient pattern.
Other pieces in the 16-item drop include all-over Nike print hoodies, sweatpants, T-shirts, crewnecks, a track jacket and a couple of co-branded New Era fitted hats placing KITH in the Knicks triangular logo on the front.
KITH even reimagined a cultural staple with a white NYC-themed Nike Air Force 1. Unique accents come in the form of a translucent orange Swoosh and blue outsole, as well as KITH Air logos on the heel tabs and insoles.
Cherry on top: Finally, Dipset brought things full circle by trading intimate, hard-nosed verses at MSG's midcourt, resulting in a four-minute video that doubles as one of the sweetest ad campaigns of the year. Check for the capsule this Thursday, Dec. 18, at 11 a.m. ET on KITH's site.
