Who doesn't use Instagram? It's the easiest social media platform to navigate, it's pretty straightforward, you're just posting and liking pictures. It's so easy that even my grandmother has made an account and follows me on it, unfortunately. Instagram also gives you a look into some of your favorite athlete's and celebrities' lives that might not be available otherwise. I've seen so much of LeBron James's personal life through Instagram I feel like I'm one of his adopted sons now. With all of the access the app grants its users to people's personal lives, why not give you a list of the best athletes to follow on Instagram. Take a look below at who you should be following.

Odell Beckham Jr.

Not only is Odell one of the best players in the NFL, but he's also one of the most fashionable. He's worth the follow just to get exclusive looks at what new cleats he is going out breakout on game day.

Neymar Jr.

Neymar might be the most interesting athlete in the world, to be honest. But you'll need to translate all of his captions because he never posts in English.

LeBron James

The King on the court and the King of corny jokes, LeBron is worth the follow just off being the best basketball player in the world.

Joel Embiid

The biggest troll in the NBA hands down. Stay tuned in to Embiid's Instagram after a big win, there's a chance he's going to be talking smack to one of his opponents.

Jarvis Landry

Landy is just a constant source of motivation. Often overlooked for his LSU counterpart Odell Beckham, Landry just grinds. He's also one of the coolest players in the NFL and has a crazy collection of Nike gear.

Cam Newton

Insane workouts? Check. Weird outfits? Check. Captions that are written in hieroglyphics? Also, check.

PJ Tucker

If you didn't know any better, you'd think he was a star player. That's because he dresses like one and has the respect of one. Follow the most fly role player in the league.

Damian Lillard

Dame is the regular every man, he just so happens to be able to score 50 at the drop of a dime. But if you want a relatable superstar, he's the guy to follow.

Tyrod Taylor

The man with the cleanest suits in the NFL, Tyrod Taylor isn't a household name but his style should make him one. I mean, look at these trousers.

John Wall

John Wall hasn't been able to flex on the gram the way he usually does because of his Achilles tear, but as you can see that hasn't stopped him from posting. He's still getting fits off.

D'Angelo Russell

The biggest comeback story in the NBA this year, D'Angelo Russell's Instagram is a gold mine of motivation. If you've ever been counted out and need to look to somebody to align yourself with, this is the guy.

Tom Brady

Sometime last year Tom Brady became this underdog story in the NFL and I'm not sure how but he leaned into it all the way. That combined with the potential to see his supermodel wife on his page makes him a must-follow.

Kevin Durant

I'm not actually following Kevin Durant for his own content as much as I am to see if he is going to post under somebody else's comments with a mean clap back. He also might slip up and leave a trail to one of his burner accounts.

Messi

Messi is one of the, if not the, best soccer player in the world. That should be reason enough to follow him, the biggest star in the biggest sport.

Cristiano Ronaldo

I mean, just look at this guy.

Kyle Kuzma

The biggest prankster on the young Lakers team, Kuzma is most likely to flame one of his teammates on Instagram. There's endless content on this account to keep you more than entertained.

Zion Williamson

Besides the crazy dunks, why not follow the future number one overall pick in the upcoming NBA Draft?

Ben Simmons

Forget about Ben Simmons here, that bowl of spaghetti is the real gem in this picture. Too much sauce.

Jamal Adams

Scroll through Jamal Adams' page and you might think he was a stylist rather than one of the best safeties in the NFL. That type of versatility is worth the follow.

Floyd Mayweather

Look at all of this jewelry and tell me this isn't something you wouldn't want to see consistently on your timeline.

Nigel Sylvester

Yes, this BMX biker is one of the coolest people on the planet. Look at this bike on a private jet, like how can you not rock with this?

Victor Cruz

I'm honestly only following Victor Cruz to get as much Karrueche Tran content on my timeline as possible. No hard feelings vic, it is what it is.

Joe Haden

When Joe Haden isn't lining up opposite of the best receivers in the world on Sunday's he's doing a bunch of interesting stuff, like photoshoots with wild animals or traveling to Dubai. Go take a look for yourself.

Skylar Diggins-Smith

The most popular WNBA player in the league deserves your attention. And she has one of the most aesthetically pleasing layouts on Instagram. Do you see that? She has me using big words to describe her page. Follow her!

Brandon Ingram

The most soft-spoken member of the Lakers, Ingram has some of the best content on the team when it comes to Instagram. Whether it's great in-game photos or pics capturing his drip, Ingram has a well-balanced profile to satisfy everybody.

Steph Curry

Steph doesn't post a bunch of highlights of him making threes all over the place but there are goofy pictures of his. teammates, fun family photos, and adorable pictures of his children here that will warm your heart. Follow the NBA's premier good guy.

Bryce Harper

I'm following Bryce Harper just to study his moves on how to get $300 million. Once I gather all of the proper information, I will apply it to my own life and see if it works the same.

Nick Young

Swaggy P might not be currently active in the NBA but he has one of the funniest Instagram accounts on the Internet. And you never know when Gilbert Arenas is going to show up and terrorize him or his kids.

Candace Parker

I have feelings for Candace Parker and I'm using this as a space to process my feelings. Candace, follow me back. Please.
