Young Thug received expensive gifts from the likes of Gunna, 21 Savage, Lil Baby and Metro Boomin for his 30th birthday earlier this month. But the most unique present came from his manager Geoff Ogunlesi and Atlanta-based celebrity realtor Trey Williams.

They secured 100 acres for Thug near Atlanta…and they have big plans.

The space is being dubbed "Slime City," as it's going to be an official city subdivision, and Thug is gathering permits to build a waterpark, campsites, bike trails and more for the local community to enjoy. He's also hoping to eventually host his annual Slime Fest music festival there.

"[Geoff] and I secretly locked down 100 acres of land for [Thug's] birthday and now he’s about to build Slime City! This is hands down one of the best ways to invest your money!" Williams wrote on IG alongside a clip.

The asset Thug seems to be the most excited about is the huge lake on the property, which he wants to clean and fill with fish.

Another wild idea for the lake: He'd like to have his children's faces – all 6 of them – outlined across the bottom of the water. Huh?!

According to Williams, Thug owns several "multimillion-dollar properties."
