Prosecutors working on YNW Melly's double murder case seem to be digging deep into his life. They even called on Melly's videographer DrewFilmedIt to play witness in court, though he's reportedly not budging…

Melly has been behind bars for over three years after being accused of shooting his friends YNW Sakchaser and YNW Juvy in Oct. 2018 with another one of his friends known as YNW Bortlen. Prosecutors are expected to seek the death penalty when the trial officially begins on May 23rd.

Days after the alleged shooting in Florida, Melly hopped on IG Live and expressed his frustration with those not close to him trying to reach out and comfort him.

"Leave me the f**k alone. Don't tell me to keep my head up. Don't tell me none of that fake a s**t y'all talkin' about," he said.

Authorities made headlines recently when they reportedly filed 66 pages of DNA evidence supporting the story that Melly fired the shots that killed Sakchaser and Juvy.

Then, they subpoenaed Melly's go-to video director DrewFilmedIt to appear in court so they could ask him questions. However, new court documents suggest that Drew was a no-show for the subpoena. Plus, he hired a lawyer.

He told No Jumper in an interview that he began working with Melly after linking with his manager 100KTrack around the time Melly was freed from a jail stint in summer 2018 for drugs and weapons charges.

Following reports that Drew had skipped out on his court appearance, he posted a cryptic tweet about loyalty. "I'm loyal even on bad terms, that's one thing people don't get about loyalty," he told his 11k followers.

Not only is he responsible for some of Melly's best videos like "Blue Balenciagas" and "Butter Pecan" but he's also worked with the likes of King Von, Polo G, Quavo and more.

Jury selection for Melly's trial just started this week.
