Rich The Kid is going to have to cut a hefty check following his failure to make good on rent payments for his crib. 😅

Stemming from a February 2019 lawsuit claiming that Rich stopped paying the $22,500/month rent for his Hollywood home and inflicted "special damages," a Los Angeles judge recently ordered the rapper to cough up $323,214, according to court papers gathered by Bossip.

Though Rich signed a half-year lease, landlord Haikuhe Chichyan accused him of ducking payments beginning in December 2018. At first, Chichyan simply wanted Rich to pay the $32,376 in rent he owed, which included a late fee and utilities.

This didn't include the "special damages" that lawyers later discovered, like allowing his dogs to defecate on the hardwood floors and beds, damaging the saltwater pool by heating it to nearly 100 degrees and destroying an in-home entertainment system.

Maybe the least surprising finding was that there were blunt ashes littered throughout the 5,600 square foot mansion, despite the fact that Rich agreed to a smoke-free policy. If you didn't know, Rich enjoys his greens.

Dude was living large, too. Beyond the amenities that were damaged, the pad features five bedrooms, six baths, a sauna and views of downtown Hollywood.

This story comes at an ironic time for Rich as he's been pretty outspoken about his financial comfort lately, flexing an expensive blue Lamborghini in response to 6ix9ine's questioning of his wealth. Earlier this month, Rich was reportedly sued for over $200k for an unpaid jewelry tab.

Considering 6ix9ine's previous trolls, like offering to donate to Rich's “jewelry dept,” it's likely only a matter of time before he gets his hands on this latest news.
