It's been over three years since A Boogie Wit da Hoodie coined his very own Metro Boomin producer tag, whispering, "Metro Boomin make it boom / Yeah, Metro Boomin make it boom," on his song "Get to You." But fans are flooding Metro's Instagram comments like the lyrics just dropped.
While Metro has to be familiar with the way A Boogie's tag is taking on a life of its own, the rapper himself finally caught wind and texted Metro, "Lmao nah I just peep your last post they wildin in the comments."
Metro couldn't help but laugh, replying, "Lol bra I swear they trippin I don't even kno how they got started on this s**t," and adding for his 4.5 million IG followers, "Y'all gotta relax." A Boogie also sent Metro an audio file, suggesting the two are working on another viral hit.
Possibly hoping to capitalize on this newfound attention, both Metro and A Boogie then teased unheard tunes.
Metro uploaded a few shots of himself in the studio and claimed he's not sure what to do with "all this heat" he's got in the stash; A Boogie is "almost done" with his next project, titled 'A Boogie vs. Artist,' and production on music videos is starting in February.
For another peek inside Metro's studio, a photo surfaced of a hilarious sign outlining three important rules visitors must follow: "No Social Media. No Trash Beats. No Sus S**t."
Honestly, every place should offer a heads-up like this one.
