During a tour stop in St. Louis, Post Malone took a brutal fall on stage, forcing the show to pause and causing fans to worry.

While he was able to finish his set, it was revealed that he cracked 3 ribs. Now, Posty is opening up about the incident for the first time.

He explained that the hole where he slipped is used to hold guitars for the acoustic part of his show. While he normally dodges the pit, this time around he wasn't paying attention.

"Whenever we do the acoustic part of the show, the guitar is on the guitar stand and it goes down and there's this big ass hole, so I go around there and turn the corner and bust my ass. It got me pretty good," he said.

"We just got back from the hospital, everything's good – they gave me some pain meds and everything, so we can keep kicking ass on the tour. I just want to apologize to everyone in St. Louis and I want to say thank you guys so much for coming to the show, and next time I'm around this way we're gonna do a 2-hour show for you so we can make up the couple missed songs that we missed."

Unfortunately, Post then had to cancel one of his following concerts in Boston due to pain in his side and difficulty breathing.

"On tour, I usually wake up around 4 o'clock pm, and today I woke up to cracking sounds on the right side of my body. I'm having a very difficult time breathing, and there's like a stabbing pain whenever I breathe or move," the 27-year-old wrote in a message.

"We're in the hospital now, but with this pain, I can't do the show tonight. I'm so f*****g sorry. Everyone's tickets for tonight's show will be valid for the reschedule that we're planning right now."
