Playboi Carti shared the potential cover for his highly anticipated album Whole Lotta Red. 👀
Late Wednesday night, King Carti threw dedicated fans into a craze after uploading what could be the album art for his sophomore project Whole Lotta Red.
In the minimalist photo with no caption, Carti's silhouette can be seen in front of a deep teal background along with a Parental Advisory sticker in the bottom right corner.
Surprisingly, this cover lacks the one color that's included in the supposed album title: red.
Prior to this latest post, Carti's last update on WLR came in mid-March via an Instagram comment. Responding to a desperate fan who pleaded for new music under the red-tinted selfie below, Carti offered a few thoughts.
“i never left,” he wrote. “hey . stay wit meh . I o you da world n i kno it . I love u n everyone . N my universe <3.”
While plenty of leaks have emerged online in the lead-up to Whole Lotta Red, Drake recently reconfirmed the existence of his collaboration with Carti during a surprise appearance on OVO Mark’s “Night Owl Sound” Instagram Live DJ session.
Rumored to be titled “Pain 1993,” the track is produced by Pi’erre Bourne and is expected to come as part of WLR.

Beyond satisfying his fans with new music, Carti has been dealing with some serious legal issues lately.
On April 3, the rapper was arrested in Atlanta after being found with 12 bags of marijuana, three guns, Xanax, codeine and oxycodone in his black Lamborghini. He was later released and no charges have been filed yet.
TMZ then reported a breaking development, but it's not one you'd probably expect. According to the police report, one of the officers who was involved in the traffic stop claimed that Carti told him he'd "f**k my daughter." 😂
