Lil Yachty's signature braids are glowing brighter than you've ever seen now that the beads dangling from the ends of each are diamond-encrusted.

Yup, Yachty copped seven blinged-out beads for each of his braids and flexed his new look to his nearly 10 million Instagram followers earlier this week. He also offered a closer look at his hairstyle via the clip below.

Prior to the release of his last album, 'Lil Boat 3,' back in May, Yachty explained to Highsnobiety why he stopped dying his braids red and opted for natural black color.

"Honestly, it was hard to maintain," he said. "The bleach was literally killing my hair. My hair was just dying. It’s growing now. That’s all. It’s just hair. I just kept it red because I loved it. But it kept falling out."

Continuing, he dismissed the idea that the change signified a larger shift in his approach to music: "I think sometimes people just assume things are a lot more complex. In my world, it’s just not that deep, bro. It’s just music. It’s all fun to me. There’s no strategy behind it, like, ‘Oh, his hair was red, it’s black now. [He's] making evil rap music.' It’s not like that."

Yachty later revealed that his upcoming dramedy series loosely based on his life, 'Public Figures,' would be moving from the shuttered Quibi to HBO Max. It's the first Quibi production to find an alternative home.

Feeling himself. Per Variety, 'Public Figures' stars Yachty as a fledgling influencer trying to make it big in New York City. Quality Control Music co-founder Kevin "Coach K" Lee is listed as an executive producer.
