Lil Uzi is speaking his mind. 😂

It looks like Kanye West isn't the only hip-hop A-lister who wants to be president. At only 25 years old, Lil Uzi Vert has tossed his name into the conversation too. Well, barely.

"IM TIRED OF THIS ..... IM RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT 🇺🇸 VOTE FOR BABY PLUTO," he recently tweeted, before sharing a shot of himself on a private jet clad in stars and stripes. He even pinned the initial tweet to his profile.

We're tired too, Uzi.

While an actual move into politics is unlikely, people were having fun with the idea, as Uzi's "announcement" earned over 67,000 retweets and 317,000 likes in less than a day.

Rather than launch a campaign for office, Uzi was probably trying to drum up excitement for the Hype Williams-directed video for his secret collab track with Future, dropping on Friday, July 31. The two most recently connected on "All Bad," which was included as part of Future's, High Off Life. The song peaked at #54 on the Hot 100.

Uzi views Future as a mentor, having spun the 36-year-old's foundational croons and relentless pressure on the microphone into his own otherwordly style over the years. He even calls himself Baby Pluto, a youthful play on Future's nickname, Pluto.

While the two hip-hop superstars have five official joints together, they've only shot one video. That was alongside DJ Esco for the swagger-rich mixtape cut "Too Much Sauce" in 2016.

"Patek Philippe, the plain one, that's too much sauce / Got diamonds on all of my fingers, that's too much sauce," Future confesses on the hook.

Now, if Uzi's presidential play turns out to be a little too far-fetched, maybe he should consider applying for the director of the Space Force military branch instead. He is "Baby Pluto," after all.
