King Kunta is officially back. After 2 long years, Kendrick reminded us what we've been missing with his latest return to the stage. From taking us back with old-school classics to talks of his upcoming album, the rapper's Vegas gig was, no doubt, one for the books. Here's what went down...
On Friday, November 12, Day N Vegas Festival's main stage was the place to be as the DAMN rapper made his highly anticipated debut - something long overdue. "It has been 365 days, times two, since I’ve seen you," Lamar reminded the crowd. Sure enough, the day ones camped out before him - "section babies," as Kendrick liked to call 'em - had, too, been keeping tabs.

"Vegas, till next time. And when I say next time, very soon," K-Dot teased as he exited the stage. Was he getting at what we think he was getting at? Whether Lamar was hinting at an upcoming drop or not, he certainly added fuel to the fire as far as his 5th album is concerned...

In case you forgot, it's been over 4 years since we got new music from the DNA rapper. But worry not - according to Lamar, it'll be well worth the wait. "There’s beauty in completion. And always faith in the unknown," the Oklama artist teased back in August of finishing his last TDE album. Safe to say, you won't wanna miss this one...
Stay tuned.
