Juice WRLD's musical legacy continues to grow. On Tuesday, news surfaced that his debut posthumous album Legends Never Die achieved platinum status, pushing over 1 million units in roughly five weeks.

It's his second platinum-selling project, as 2018's Goodbye & Good Riddance hit the massive sales mark as well. Juice's former DJ and good friend DJ Scheme commented on the news, writing, "What’s real will prosper."

You may remember that Legends Never Die nearly went gold during its debut week with 497,000 equivalent album units, according to Billboard. At the same time, the 22-song offering surpassed Lil Uzi Vert's Eternal Atake for the biggest streaming week of the year and fourth-highest ever, registering 423 million U.S. plays.

With songs like "Come & Go" featuring Marshmello, Eminem's "Godzilla" and "Wishing Well" peaking at #2, #3 and #5 respectively on the Hot 100, Juice also holds the most top 10 hits of 2020 across all genres.

His latest entry into the top 10, "Smile" with The Weeknd, helped the late artist reach this huge milestone. The track was subsequently added to Legends upon its release.

RIP the great Juice WRLD!
