It looks like Ja Rule is willing to do just about anything for a quick buck. 😂
Ever since his involvement in the infamous Fyre Fest debacle, Ja Rule has likely developed a certain tolerance for getting clowned online.
As a reflection of his give-no-f*cks attitude, the 44-year-old rapper just went viral for his starring role in a hilariously low-budget commercial for Papa Cristo’s Greek Grill in Los Angeles, located at 2771 West Pico Blvd.
Wearing an "I ♥️ Greece" shirt and no shoes, Ja Rule co-signs Papa Cristo's as having "the best motherf*cking gyros you ever f*cking ate in your life" and struggles to pronounce classic Greek dishes, like oktapodakia (grilled octopus), avgolemono soup (chicken soup) and kreatopita (meat pie).
As the bizarre ad comes to an end, Ja Rule, who's clearly standing in front on a green screen, says, "Papa Cristo's, oooh! Make you wanna do the dance," before hitting a belly rub and shouting an obligatory "Opa!"
Garnering 3 million views on Twitter in less than a day, the stunt for a new TBS reality show, "Celebrity Show-Off," caught the attention of many fans. Some wondered what Ja Rule's archnemesis 50 Cent would say.
Freddie Gibbs thought about the same thing when he shared the video on his Instagram Story and wrote, "I see why 50 Cent buried this n***a" and "This n***a keep taking L's." Lmao.
Well, in a since-deleted IG post, 50 responded, claiming that "this what happens when you f*ck with me, I'll have you and your whole label selling Gyro's go head try me!"
Check out a few of the other best reactions to the video.
