Drizzy will be kicking off the first quarter of 2021 with his first Nike sneaker collaboration, sources close to Complex said. đ„
Instagram sneaker leak account @zsneakerheadz broke the news Monday afternoon, reporting that an OVO-themed Air Force 1 Low is "potentially" coming soon. They offered a mock-up for promotional purposes.
While Complex's Brendan Dunne couldn't confirm that the partnership was going to come in the form of an Air Force 1, he did share that Drake and Nike are also planning to release an apparel collection in spring 2021 following the sneaker.
Drake is very familiar with the Swoosh, signing with Nike's Jordan Brand in 2013 and dropping sleek models of the Jordan 8, 10 and 12 Retro. The OVO White 12 is reselling for around $800 on StockX at publishing time for this piece.
Outside of Team Jordan, however, Drizzy has yet to make any formal announcements.

The Boy almost got pulled away from Nike in 2018 when rumors were bubbling that he was close to signing with Adidas, but that deal fell through. His beef with Pusha T certainly didn't help the cause.
Ever since, Drizzy has been all about the Swoosh, from hinting at a collaboration in the "Toosie Slide" video to throwing shade at Kanye West and Adidas â "Checks over stripes" â on Travis Scott's "Sicko Mode."
This past February, Drake was even spotted sitting next to Nike CEO John Donahoe at the brand's Forum 2020 runway show during New York Fashion Week, which played host to myriad other stars from Virgil Abloh to RosalĂa.

In addition to his work with Jordan, the Six God possesses a growing portfolio of diverse shoe collaborations, including a handful of Wallabee colorways for Clarks as well as drops with Timberland.
