DaBaby's slapping victim is calling out the North Carolina rapper for a lack of sincerity with his recent apology efforts.

In a video shared with TMZTyronesha Laws, the woman on the receiving end of a hit from DaBaby, got choked up when talking about the way he's reacted, referencing a skit on social media with DaBaby and Michael Blackson that made fun of the situation.

"I don't feel like he was sincere with the apology. I was embarrassed," she said. "My daughter [is] waking up in the middle of the night crying, overhearing me on the phone with my lawyer talking about the situation."

Following the incident, Laws said no medical attention was offered to her and that it was a struggle to get a police report filed. The next day, she went to the hospital in pain and was diagnosed with a contusion on her cheekbone.

The drama all started with a video that surfaced over the weekend appearing to show DaBaby aggressively slapping a female fan at a concert in Tampa Bay after being tapped on the face with a brightly-lit phone.

Shortly after, DaBaby hopped on Instagram and recalled everything that happened, offering an apology as well as defending himself. “I do apologize. It was a female on the other end,” he said. “But it’s a well-known fact that, male or female, I would’ve responded the same exact way.”

He also offered to host a conversation with the victim in person.

But Laws claimed she wasn't even the person who put the phone in DaBaby's face in the first place, causing him to act out. Rather, it was a woman standing next to her.

Laws' lawyer, Matt Morgan, told TMZ he had already spoken with DaBaby's legal team and was looking forward to continuing their discussions. Let's hope these two can figure out a way to move forward peacefully! 🙏
