While the beef between Lil Durk and NBA YoungBoy has slowed down in the past couple of months, they still don't seem to like each other. In fact, 21 Savage revealed he won't even try to help iron things out.

Long story short: Durkio and YB have been at odds ever since Nov. 2020 when Quando Rondo – a key member of YB's Never Broke Again imprint – was reportedly involved in the killing of King Von, Durk's protégé.

They've both sent jabs at one another on diss tracks like "I Hate YoungBoy" where YB raps, "Clean up on aisle O, youngin' let that chop blow / Aye, my brother let that stick blow, n***a know that's my smoke."

21 Savage has worked with both Lil Durk and YB. While he claimed in a new interview with Math Hoffa that he usually tries to squash beef between people if he knows both of them, this case is much different. "Certain s**t you can't even. . .you don't try," he said. "Certain s**t, you just know. . .ain't no trying."

This isn't the first time Savage has shared his thoughts on the subject. Speaking with Akademiks earlier this year, he argued, "A lot of n****s ain't gon' f**k with YoungBoy's s**t 'cause they f**k with Durk. You gotta be a certain type of artist to be able to just be in the middle."

Though 21 is choosing his words carefully when it comes to the situation between YB and Durk, he appears to have a stronger relationship with the latter. Not only did they link for the "Who Want Smoke??" remix but 21 was featured on King Von's first posthumous single "Don't Play That."

Either way, Savage is mostly focused on his own career at the moment.

The Atlanta rapper has a major collab with Pharrell and Tyler, The Creator called "Cash In Cash Out" dropping this Friday, June 10th. It's a big moment for the 29-year-old, as he once crowned Pharrell "the king of drip."
