Whether it be via TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube channels, there is something we love about knowing the ins and outs of other people's lives. And it's no different for influencers Savannah Rose and Cole LaBrant, who often share intimate stories on their very popular YouTube account. The couple began their account a few years ago and recently shared some devastating news regarding someone special in their life, which shook up their fans near and far.
Savannah Rose and Cole LaBrant began their YouTube journey back in 2017, where they often share personal stories about their marriage, their children Everleigh (10), Posie (4), Zealand (2), and Sunday (3 months), and their Christian faith. For those who follow The LaBrant fam, you already know the deets but let me explain. The two met when Savannah was a single mother raising her eldest daughter, Everleigh. Savannah was a teenager when she met her baby daddy, Tommy Smith, a musician, and the two broke up shortly after due to a "toxic" relationship. On her social media accounts, Savannah openly discussed what it was like to co-parent Everleigh with Tommy and shared an intimate video in 2018 titled "The Truth About Savannah's Past" and what it meant to become a teenage mother. However, a few days ago, the mom of four announced Tommy had tragically passed about at 29, and fans of the LaBrant family are curious to know more.
Smith reportedly passed away in California on September 9, according to his girlfriend Courtney Santaella. "9/9/22, you were taken unexpectedly to be with Jesus," she wrote in a heartfelt post. "My heart is broken into a million pieces writing this. I feel numb and can't think of words to say other than I wish this was a horrible nightmare. What I do know for sure is that I would not be the woman I am today without you." Savannah Rose later confirmed the news on her Instagram account, explaining, "Our hearts are incredibly heavy as we process the loss of Everleigh's dad, Tommy."
Although Smith's girlfriend hasn't revealed the cause of death, according to TikToker @daisyjanewood, she reported she read an online article claiming he passed away due to a drug-related seizure. Smith was previously attending AA meetings to address his addictions. Savannah Rose has asked for privacy at this time so their family can "continue to love on Ev, pray and grieve with her."
