You now have the chance to cop a pair of Dior Air Jordan 1s. 🔥
Dior and Nike's Air Jordan Brand have finally released their long-awaited sneaker collaboration online through a capsule microsite. Those interested in scooping a pair can reserve either the Jordan 1 High OGs or Low OGs, both of which are made in Italy, for a chance for in-store pickup at one of 26 global locations at a later, unknown date.
If you're lucky enough to have your name drawn, you'll receive a confirmation email from Dior next Wednesday, July 1.
With Travis Scott as the lead model, the "Air Dior" collection was leaked by the Houston artist in December and officially announced a month later.
Beyond the coveted kicks, the capsule of "ready-to-wear" apparel and accessories will include items like wool suits, blazers, bomber jackets, hoodies, sweatshirts, shirts, shorts, polos, pants, hats and leather goods.
Inspired by classy sportswear style in the '80s, the capsule's aesthetic features the "gentle shades" of navy, white and Dior gray.
While there was some talk in March that the capsule would be set for an April release, the coronavirus pandemic led the two brands to delay the launch draw until now.
Fair warning: You'll only want to register for these Jordan 1s if you have the right funds. They're selling for a steep $2,200.
This price is a bargain compared to early resale listings on StockX, though, as some sizes are sitting at over $20,000. It is Dior, after all.
