Even before there was a toilet paper shortage due to COVID-19, British filmmaker and singer The Bullits alleges that JAY-Z was stocking up. 😂

JAY, who doesn't operate an Instagram account and rarely graces social media with anything more than a random tweet, recently made his Instagram Live debut with only his voice while in the same room as his go-to audio engineer Young Guru, who was catching up with The Bullits.

Long story short, The Bullits, whose real name is Jeymes Samuel, had a bone to pick with Jay over a stolen backpack containing "aloe vera toilet paper." After unsuccessfully begging Jay to come to the camera, to which Jay replied, "I can hear you," Samuel finally got around to his point.

"You stole my leather backpack with my aloe vera toilet paper in it," Samuel said after calling Jay "the greatest rapper of all-time." He continued, "It was you, Jay. I went through all the suspects since the Gold Party."

After naming other suspects, like Jesse Williams, and again demanding for his backpack and toilet paper back, Jay responded, "Is this like a tissue challenge?" He then jokingly inquired, "James, have you not wiped your bum since the Gold Party?"

Hov wrapped up the chat with "some advice," saying, "If your backpack is really missing and this is really true, allegedly, because we on live TV or whatever this shit is. The person that took your backpack killed Rex Mills. Find that person, you find your backpack. Allegedly."

This clip feels like a skit, and according to Fashion Killa on fan forum KTT2, it's likely being used to slyly promote an upcoming Netflix film directed and produced by Samuel with assistance from Jay. Titled The Harder They Fall, the all-black Western is set to star Jonathan Majors, who plays an outlaw named Nat Love, as well as Idris Elba, who plays the antagonist.

Previously, Samuel and Hov worked together on the soundtrack for The Great Gatsby.

As for Rex Mills, he's a fictional character first mentioned by Jay Electronica on a 2013 song by The Bullits, "Murder Death Kill." Fashion Killa proposes that Elba's character may go by the same name.

Hmm.
