Hug me, brother!
At first glance, Jack Harlow doesn't strike most people as a lit rapper with a fresh 1 million followers on the 'Gram and a single that peaked at No. 2 on the Hot 100. The same goes for Murda Beatz as a producer who's made countless hits with everyone from The Migos to Drake.
Together, it's only right they look like long lost brothers.
The two linked for a studio session on Wednesday night and snapped a photo highlighting their strikingly similar appearance.
"Step Brothers," Young Murda appropriately wrote in the caption. Quavo, CashMoneyAP, Machine Gun Kelly, Sada Baby and PARTYNEXTDOOR were some of the most notable names to enjoy a laugh in the comments section.
"BRUH," MGK commented. Boi-1da remarked, "Seeing Doubles." And Sada Baby asked, "Dog why is y’all twins." If you're not convinced, Jack even swapped their faces in a highly uncomfortable edit.
Showing love for his new buddy from Atlanta's Magic City strip club, Jack was rocking the #23 jersey of Clippers guard Lou Williams. All jokes aside, a track from this rapper-producer combo would go crazy!
For now, Murda is focused on pushing his latest single, "Doors Unlocked," that arrived Friday featuring Ty Dolla $ign and Polo G. It's an airy, motivational joint complete with Murda's signature hard-hitting bass kicks, fierce hi-hats and strong claps.
It's been a minute since he's released a song as the lead artist, as "Banana Split" with YNW Melly and Lil Durk hit streaming services four months ago.
But don't get it twisted – the 26-year-old beatmaker has been working hard during quarantine, connecting with Fivio Foreign and Kenny Beats on one occasion and Moneybagg Yo on another.
