HOUSTON, TX - AUGUST 22: Rapper Tekashi69, real name Daniel Hernandez and also known as 6ix9ine, Tekashi 6ix9ine, Tekashi 69, arrives for his arraignment on assault charges in County Criminal Court #1 at the Harris County Courthouse on August 22, 2018 in Houston, Texas. Tekashi 6ix9ine has been hit with ANOTHER lawsuit, this time for a whopping $150 million stemming from a 2018 shooting incident.

Per Complex, the plaintiff, only identified as Jane Doe, claims she was shot in the foot during a music video shoot at the Smurf Village apartment complex in Brooklyn. She alleges that when Tekashi – real name Daniel Hernandez – found out from a confidant that his alleged kidnappers, who were also members of the Nine Trey Bloods Gang, were at the shoot, he instructed the person "to assault and/or murder the Nine Trey members involved in his kidnapping."

When the shooting happened, Doe claims she was hit in the foot by a stray bullet. As a result, her back and knees were also injured. Due to her injuries, she lost her job at a Century 21 department store and couldn't complete her training to become a police officer.

One important detail to mention: Doe claims the shooting happened on July 16, 2018, but Tekashi says he was kidnapped and robbed on July 22, which would've been six days after. If neither party has their dates mixed up, my guess is that 6ix9ine already had issues with the dudes who allegedly later kidnapped him, so he wanted to stop them before they hurt him.

During 6ix9ine's sentencing this past December, the woman who was hit with a bullet faced him and asked for an apology. He ended up apologizing and offered to pay for her medical bills.

Tekashi, who's currently serving a two-year sentence for racketeering, has to be approaching the record for the most separate lawsuits filed against someone in a single week. On Tuesday, he was sued by Fashion Nova for $2.25 million, and yesterday, he and two other Nine Trey members were the target of a lawsuit surrounding another shooting in January 2018. 😳

He's scheduled to be released from prison on August 2, 2020.
